We will learn various writing techniques to jump start our journals, experiment with memoir writing exercises, and create written legacies for our friends and family. We will find our own unencumbered voices through written word.

There is considerable research suggesting that journaling 3 - 4 times a week for up to six weeks, about things that bother you, can actually improve our immune system and reduce your stress. Come and write and you will find you have more to write about than you ever imagined. You might even walk away feeling a bit lighter, clearer and happier as we begin our work together!
