We offer advanced, patient-centered clinical care under one roof, including:

    • Diagnostic imaging: Imaging services such as CT, PET/CT, MRI, digital mammography, and X-ray help detect cancer and track the effects of treatment. Imaging services are offered through Milford Regional Medical Center.
    • Medical oncology: Dana-Farber's medical oncology suite provides chemotherapy and other infusion treatments. Patients also have access to many clinical trials exploring new therapies.
    • Radiation oncology: Radiation therapies offered at the Center include image-guided radiation therapy, intensity-modulated radiation therapy, and cone beam computed topography. Radiation oncology services are provided by Brigham and Women's Physician Organization. The Center offers seamless access to radiation oncologists at Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women's Cancer Center in Boston who can provide disease-specific expertise for complicated cases. Radiation oncology at Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women's Cancer Center at Milford Regional Medical Center is accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR).
    • Surgical services: The Center offers surgical services for thoracic (such as lung cancer), gastrointestinal (such as colon cancer), breast, and gynecologic cancers.
    • Second opinion clinics: Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women's Cancer Center sub-specialists in gynecologic cancers and genitourinary cancers (such as prostate cancer) visit Milford regularly to meet with patients, review diagnoses, and discuss treatment plans.
    • Clinical trials: Patients have access to clinical trials through Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center, a nationally designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, and one of the largest cancer research programs in the nation. You can learn more about clinical trials in this video, "Entering a clinical trial: Is it right for you?".
    • Genetic counseling: The genetics program offers screening and counseling for women at high risk for breast cancer.
    • Palliative care: Palliative care is available to patients at any stage of illness, and is focused on helping patients find relief from pain, symptoms, and the stress that can come with a serious illness. In early stages of cancer treatment, palliative care can help make medical treatments more tolerable. At later stages, it can reduce suffering, help patients carry on in daily life, assist with planning future medical care, and provide support for living with a life-threatening illness. Our palliative care team has specialized training in pain management, symptom control, supportive counseling, and advanced care planning and works with your entire care team to support you and your family.
    • Survivorship: Experts work with cancer survivors to develop personalized care plans to help them and their healthcare providers address unique medical and psychosocial needs, identify needed screening tests, and manage potential long-term or late effects of treatment.
