Dana-Farber's Compliance Program reinforces the Institute's vision and core values to help fulfill our responsibilities to our patients, visitors and workforce members. Our Compliance Team supports the Institute's mission to provide expert, compassionate care to children and adults with cancer while advancing the understanding, diagnosis, treatment, cure, and prevention of cancer and related diseases. We work hard to ensure that the Institute meets the highest standards of ethical and business conduct.

Our Compliance Program values an environment based on ethical behavior and compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and guidelines. We work to cultivate a culture of compliance, trust, and open communication in all areas of the Institute.

If you have any compliance questions or reports, please contact us at the Dana-Farber Compliance Hotline (1-800-451-0659), or reporting website www.compliancereport.org. The hotline and website are confidential to the extent permitted by law and policy, and are available 24 hours a day to anyone who has a question or concern about legal or ethical issues, as well as for reporting observations of violations of law, ethics, or policy.

Persons working for, or representing, Dana-Farber must report concerns regarding the matters described above. Reporters have the option to remain anonymous and are encouraged to leave as much detail about the question or incident as possible so that the Compliance Team can research the report thoroughly.

Please read Dana-Farber's Code of Conduct.
