Measuring Patient Care
Timeliness
We're constantly working to reduce the amount of time patients
have to wait after scheduling an appointment with our specialists;
we also want to make sure patients who come in for appointments are
seen as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This section shows how we're improving the timeliness of appointments – that is, the amount of time between a patient requesting an
appointment and the date of the appointment itself.
We've also introduced an early morning start initiative, designed to reduce overcrowding and long waits during the middle of the day.
