Dena has been a certified mastectomy fitter for six years (certified through The American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics). She understands durable medical equipment (DME) coverage and related insurance guidelines. She has worked in retail for the past 10 years, during which she has provided exceptional customer service to her clients.
Rachel coordinates day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, answering calls, record-keeping, billing, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Rachel has many years of administrative and customer service experience.
Rosee has returned to Dana Farber after a 12-year hiatus working in the luxury cosmetic industry. As a BOC certified mastectomy fitter and compression garments specialist, she brings her extensive retail experience combined with superior customer service to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for each patient.
Deborah responds to patient needs and requests for merchandise. She tracks merchandise from the manufacturer to the patient, including compression garments, wigs, breast prostheses, cancer awareness items, and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals.
