Platinum Resistant Ovarian Cancer Evaluation of Doxil and EC145 Combination Therapy
The objective of this study is to compare progression-free survival (PFS), based upon investigator assessment using RECIST and clinical findings, in subjects with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer who receive combination therapy with EC145 and pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD/Doxil®/Caelyx®) with that in subjects with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer who receive PLD alone.Phase: Phase 2
Diagnosis: Ovarian Cancer -
Avastin in Patients With Epithelial Ovarian, Primary Peritoneal Serous or Fallopian Tube Cancer
The purpose of this study is to evaluate how the participant's disease (ovarian, primary peritoneal serous, fallopian tube, or papillary serous endometrial cancer) responds to additional treatment with Avastin (bevacizumab). Participant's have already received Avastin as part of maintenance therapy for their cancer. Maintenance therapy is a medical therapy that is given to people to prevent a relapse. However, cancer may return after maintenance therapy. This research study hopes to determine whether additional treatment with Avastin will be effective in treating the participant's cancer. -
Safety Study Of Avastin And Pelvic Radiation In Women With Recurrent Gynecological Cancers
This research study is evaluating a drug called avastin in combination with standard radiation as a possible treatment for treatment for recurrent pelvic-confined gynecological cancer (i.e. endometrial, cervical, vulvar, ovarian or vaginal cancers). -
A Study of Liposomal Doxorubicin With or Without IMC-3G3 in Platinum-refractory or Resistant Advanced Ovarian Cancer
The purpose of this study is to determine if patients with platinum-refractory or platinum-resistant advanced ovarian cancer have a better outcome when treated with IMC-3G3 in combination with Liposomal Doxorubicin then when treated with Liposomal Doxorubicin alone.Phase: Phase 2
Diagnosis: Ovarian Cancer -
Bevacizumab in Treating Patients With Recurrent Sex Cord-Stromal Tumors of the Ovary
RATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, can block tumor growth in different ways. Some block the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Others find tumor cells and help kill them or carry tumor-killing substances to them. Bevacizumab may also stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking blood flow to the tumor. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well bevacizumab works in treating patients with recurrent sex cord-stromal tumors of the ovary.Phase: Phase 2
Diagnosis: Ovarian Cancer -
Phase II Trial of BIBW 2992 in Genetically Pre-screened Cancers With EGFR and/or HER2 Gene Amplification.
The primary objective of this trial is to estimate the objective response rate for patients with tumors harbouring EGFR and/or HER2 gene amplifications or EGFR activating mutations who will be treated with BIBW 2992. -
A Study of Chemotherapy Treatment for Patients With Ovarian Cancer
The primary objective is to determine whether LY573636 is effective in treating platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Patients will receive an intravenous infusion of study drug once every 28 days. CT scans and CA-125 tests will be done before the first dose and then after every other treatment.Phase:
Diagnosis: Ovarian Cancer -
A Single-Arm Study Evaluating Carboplatin/Gemcitabine in Combination With BSI-201 in Patients With Platinum-Sensitive Recurrent Ovarian Cancer
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of BSI-201 on the objective response rate in platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer patients receiving gemcitabine and carboplatin.Phase:
Diagnosis: Ovarian Cancer -
A Single-Arm Study Evaluating Carboplatin/Gemcitabine in Combination With BSI-201 in Patients With Platinum-Resistant Recurrent Ovarian Cancer
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of BSI-201 on the objective response rate in platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer patients receiving gemcitabine and carboplatin.Phase:
Diagnosis: Ovarian Cancer
