Experience the Uplifting Power of Rhythm! Explore, express, and experience the empowering effects of drum circles with music therapist Brian Jantz as your guide. We’ll learn how drumming can reduce stress and increase self-awareness, then practice it ourselves. Drums will be provided.  No experience necessary.  This is a joint program of the Leonard P. Zakim Center for Integrative Therapies and the Blum Resource Center.
