
Ingredients:
- 15-ounce can of chunky apricots in light syrup
- 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 to 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for about 5 to 8 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into tall cups.
Yield:
