Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened purple grape juice
- 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt (0% fat)
- 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
- Water to thin, as needed
Directions:
Combine the yogurt, grape juice, protein powder, and water in the blender. Add the berries and blend until smooth. If you prefer no seeds, strain through a sieve.
