Berry Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened purple grape juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt (0% fat)
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
  • Water to thin, as needed

Directions:

Combine the yogurt, grape juice, protein powder, and water in the blender. Add the berries and blend until smooth. If you prefer no seeds, strain through a sieve.
