Carrot-Lemon-Apple Juice

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium carrots
  • 1/2 medium lemon
  • 1/4 lime (optional)
  • 1 Asian pear or an apple
  • 1 small, 2-inch wedge red cabbage
  • 1-inch round piece fresh ginger

Directions:

Put all ingredients through a juicer. Drink and enjoy.
