- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek-style plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (garlic-infused optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced*
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 cup cucumber, skinned, seeded and finely chopped
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk together or puree in food processor/blender for creamy texture. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
*Use garlic press and let sit for 15 minutes before adding to bowl to enhance potency of cancer fighting nutrients.
