Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

  • 2 whole bananas (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (soy, almond, hemp or rice milk)


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth, adding more non-dairy milk as necessary to get your favored consistency.
