Pear, Apple, and Carrot Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pear
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 small handfuls of spinach
  • 1" ginger
  • 2 Granny Smith apples

Directions:

Wash and dry all of the fruits and vegetables. For the carrots, peel them and cut off the tops. For the apples and pear, cut them off of the core into pieces that are small enough to fit into the juicer. For the ginger, cut and peel 1" from the root.

Turn the juicer on low and add the pear, carrots, ginger, and spinach. Once all previous ingredients have been added, turn the juicer to high speed and add the apples.

After all ingredients have been added, turn the juicer off, stir and serve over ice.

2 (8-ounce) servings
