Ingredients:
- Half a bag of fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen raspberries*
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
- Small amount of low-fat milk to get the blender started
*If you don’t like raspberries, substitute them with another frozen fruit.
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
