Raspberry Cream Smoothie



  • Half a bag of fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries*
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
  • Small amount of low-fat milk to get the blender started

*If you don’t like raspberries, substitute them with another frozen fruit.


Combine all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
