Risk factors and prevention methods for colon and esophageal cancers


While colon cancer is the fourth most common cancer in the United States, survival has doubled in the past decade. Dr. Jeffery A. Meyerhardt, from the Gastrointestinal Cancer Treatment Center, discusses how risk factors – such as family history and lifestyle choices can increase the risk for colon cancer.
