This vermicelli pasta is a lovely, spicy pasta salad for a hot summer day. It is also easy and quick to make.

The sesame seeds in the recipe are loaded with powerful antioxidants that may help prevent free radical formation. The antioxidant activity of sesame oil is much higher than other edible oils. Sesame also acts to boost the body's natural sun screening abilities.

Studies show that a sesame-rich diet may be useful in avoiding sun damage to human skin.
