    More than 500 runners are part of the 2012 Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge team. View these videos to learn why a handful of those runners made a tremendous personal commitment to training and fundraising for this event.

    The Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge directs 100 percent of funds raised to the Claudia Adams Barr Program in Innovative Basic Cancer Research at Dana-Farber.
