Adult and Pediatric Patient and Family Advisory Councils
The Adult and Pediatric Patient and Family Advisory Councils are for patients and/or family members of Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women's Cancer Center and Dana-Farber/Children's Hospital Cancer Center only. Please download and complete the appropriate application and return it to:

Summer Volunteer Program
If you are interested in volunteering at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute during the summer, please be advised of the following requirements:
- Volunteers must serve two half days (four hours each) or one full day (eight hours each) per week for a minimum of 10 consecutive weeks, totaling 80 hours of service.
- Once potential volunteers have completed the Summer Application Form, they will be contacted in early May to schedule an interview and continue with the application process.
- Applications are due the first Friday of April.

Junior Volunteer Program
The Junior Summer Volunteer Program is for volunteers between the ages of 16 and 18 only. The program requires a minimum six-week commitment, beginning the last week of June or the first full week of July. We will only consider you for volunteer service if you are able to demonstrate a commitment for the full consecutive six weeks. We place applicants for service based on availability of assignments, schedule, interests and needs of the Institute.
If you are interested in applying, a completed Junior Volunteer Application and two references must be received by Volunteer Services no later than the first Friday of April 2.
