We use genetically modified mice to study the molecular pathogenesis of human diffuse large B cell lymphoma and EBV-associated B cell lymphomas in immunosuppressed patients. We also use generated mouse models of these human malignancies to study immune surveillance mechanisms on tumor development and growth, in an effort to develop new immunotherapies.
