Naming Opportunities

Dana-Farber is constructing a 275,000-square-foot, 14-story clinical care and research facility. When its doors open in 2011, the Yawkey Center for Cancer Care will be a model cancer center, housing one of the country's largest facilities for translational research.

The Yawkey Center will enable Dana-Farber to:

  • Expand its signature compassionate care in a sophisticated and nurturing environment;
  • Test safely new scientific hypotheses in patients and accelerate the translation of lab discoveries to directly benefit patients;
  • Conduct "smart" clinical trials based on the genetics of a patient's tumor;
  • Deliver the next generation of cancer therapies;
  • Meet the increased demand for our services; and
