Our department has approximately 150 staff members and we support a wide range of systems at Dana-Farber.

  • RTLS Applications Analyst I - (3063938)

    The Application Analyst I reports to the Manager of the Dana-Farber Ancillary Systems team, and will be responsible for supporting the following Dana-Farber applications: real time locating system (RTLS); VIA Oncology; Act.MD; and other applications where needed. The focus of the incumbent will be to support the end-users of the applications to ensure the systems are performing at the level needed to both maintain clinical operations and support patient care.

    The incumbent will be expected to perform site-level testing of the applications s/he supports; work with the end-users and vendors on updates and workflow changes; Epic integration testing; and managing small projects as well as being an individual contributor on project teams.

    Project Specialist - (3063628)

    The Project Specialist position will be primarily responsible for the project support of clinical information systems, data interfaces and integration points between DFCCC, DFCI and hospital partners. The specialist must develop an understanding of DFCCC operations and the uniqueness of each DFCCC physician practice compared to the satellites and main campus. This role requires exemplary analytical skills and strong written and verbal skills. Analyst must be flexible and enjoy working on varied projects across user groups and systems. The right candidate will be a strong team member and enjoy working with committees, but also manage oneself as an autonomous member of the CIS Satellite and Network Team. The ability to interact effectively with users at all levels; including Senior Management, Physicians and Nurses is a required skill.
