Applications Analyst II with SQL Reporting - (3047715)
Dana-Farber (DFCI) leadership is supporting an IT strategic initiative
to modernize the IT systems in the cell manufacturing (CMCF) and cellular therapies/BMT (CT/BMT) departments. Over the next 3-5 years a selection committee comprised of IT and business members will select and implement the following applications:
resource scheduling, case management, outcomes reporting, document management, and a manufacturing execution system (MES).
The application analyst II selected for this role will perform the duties of a mid- to senior-level analyst and be part of the team implementing the above-mentioned applications. The analyst will work with department resources to develop test plans, perform
data conversions from legacy systems to the new applications, develop reports (including CIBMTR outcomes reporting), write SQL queries, assist with system configurations, test application functionality, document workflows, and effectively communicate
any issues or concerns to leadership.
Long term the duties of the application analyst II will shift from implementation to support of the software solutions and workflows, as well as leading small to medium sized projects.
Applications Analyst I, Development Systems - (3048545)
The Applications Analyst I will be a member of the Information Systems team supporting Dana-Farber’s
Division of Development and the Jimmy Fund. In this role, the analyst will manage/support a portfolio of online fundraising websites and related applications. S/he will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the business operations
supported, work on small to medium sized projects, and contribute to the overall goals and strategy of the group through proactive involvement in day-to-day operations.
Manage/support a portfolio of online fundraising websites and related applications. Responsibilities include requirements definition, data analysis, application configuration, testing/quality assurance, training, implementation, documentation and support.
Manage small to medium sized projects using Partner’s project management methodology. This includes implementation of new application modules/functionality to support programs and events, enhancements to existing application components, implement third-party
product(s) that work in conjunction with the core applications.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to assist in meeting business requirements; contribute to the development and advancement of new principles, concepts and strategies for the services supported by the team.
Clinical Business Analyst II - (3039070)
The Clinical Business Analyst for Radiant reports to the Radiant Team Lead and is responsible for providing
end user support, eliciting business requirements and working with the system build teams to implement enhancements and improvements to the Epic end user community with a primary focus on Radiology related workflows and associated areas. This person
will also have responsibilities of facilitating application changes, executing user acceptance testing, training and supporting IT initiatives and applications for Medical Imaging IT (MIIT). They will also be responsible for leading small to large
The position entails IT support and working closely with the Brigham Health user community, analysts and Partners eCare (PeC) in a highly matrixed environment to support and evaluate workflow process with software and interface configuration, design and
implementation for the Epic Radiant application. A history of working with Radiology scheduling, ordering and resulting systems, as well Network/Technical basics will benefit the candidate.
