Shipping Rates

Based on availability most orders are shipped out within two business days of receipt. All are shipped within 14 days, unless there is a manufacturer backorder. Rush shipping can be accomodated.

  • FedEx Ground – $11
  • FedEx 2-Day – $24
  • FedEx Overnight – $34

Product Guarantee and Return Policy

All sales are final on bathing suits, clearance items, compression garments, hairpieces, undergarments, and wigs. A Boutique Credit will be issued for all other returned items that are unused, clean and, accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise credits need to be redeemed within 90 days. Thank you.

  • Insurance Billing

    Generally covers the following items:

    • hair prostheses
    • prosthetic bras
    • post-surgical garment
    • breast prostheses
    • prosthetic supplies
    • compression garment

    In order to bill directly to your insurance, we will need a prescription from your physician and a copy of your insurance card, front and back, prior to or at the time of your appointment.
