Shipping rates
Based on availability, most orders are shipped out within two business days of receipt. All are shipped within 14 days, unless there is a manufacturer backorder. Rush shipping can be accommodated.

Product guarantee and return policy
All sales are final on bathing suits, clearance items, compression garments, hairpieces, undergarments, and wigs. A credit to the Friends Place will be issued for all other returned items that are unused, clean, and accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Insurance billing
Insurance generally covers the following items:
- hair prostheses
- post-surgical garments
- prosthetic supplies
- prosthetic bras
- breast prostheses
- compression garments
In order to bill directly to your insurance, we will need a prescription from your physician and a copy of the front and back of your insurance card prior to or at the time of your appointment.
