Twitter Chat: Living with Brain Tumors

  • Dana-Farber is partnering with the National Brain Tumor Society to host a Twitter chat about living with brain tumors. The chat will take place from 1-2pmEST on July 31 and will include special guest Dr. David Reardon, Dana-Farber's clinical director of the Center for Neuro-Oncology. To participate in the chat follow @DanaFarber and @NBTStweets on Twitter and use the hashtag #DFCIchat.

College and Cancer: Navigating Resources and Possibilities

  • Join us for a conversation about college and cancer with Michele Rosenthal, Associate Director, Colleges of the Fenway Consortium.  Michele will discuss strategies and resources for working with faculty, administrators and peers while undergoing treatment.  She will also discuss how to take time away, secure a reduced course load and reenter the college environment post treatment.  The session will provide an opportunity for you to meet other young adults and begin to navigate college and cancer together!
