Prostate Cancer Transplant Survivors: Stress Management And Relaxation Training

“Survivor Smart!” is a free, four-part stress management and relaxation class is for adult prostate cancer patients who are no longer in active treatment. Class attendees will use iPads to connect with Dana-Farber experts who will lead sessions in learning to cope with stress, practice relaxation techniques, and share experiences in a supportive, educational environment. The first class will be held at Dana-Farber on July 8, but it will also be available via teleconference at Dana-Farber’s satellite centers in Londonderry, NH, and at South Shore Hospital. Other classes in the series will be held via iPad (on loan from Dana-Farber) on Mondays from 6 to 7 p.m.: Nov. 10, Nov. 17, and Nov. 24.
