    Denosumab (Xgeva®)
    This medication may be used to help prevent bone breakdown, fractures, and pain in patients who have solid tumors.

    Dexamethasone
    This medication is an anti-inflammatory drug from a class called glucocorticoids. They are frequently used to help with the body’s response to chemotherapy and to decrease any inflammation that may occur from treatment.

    Dexrazoxane (Zinecard®)
    This medication may be used to try to protect the heart when receiving anthracycline (doxorubicin) medicines.

    Docetaxel (Taxotere®)
    This medication may be used to treat breast cancer, ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, prostate cancer, head and neck cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, and other cancers.

    Doxorubicin (Adriamycin®)
    This medication may be used to treat leukemia, lymphoma, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, sarcoma, neuroblastoma, lung cancer, bladder cancer, and other cancers.

    Doxorubicin liposome (Doxil®)
    This medication may be used to treat Kaposi’s sarcoma, ovarian cancer, multiple myeloma and other cancers.

    Eculizumab (Soliris®)
    This medication may be used to help keep red blood cells from breaking apart in your body (occurs in some blood disorders).

    Eltrombopag (Promacta®)
    This medication is used to treat aplastic anemia and increase low platelet counts in some conditions.

    Enzalutamide (Xtandi®)
    This medication may be used to slow the growth of metastatic prostate cancer, by blocking testosterone.

    Epirubicin (Ellence®)
    This medication may be used to treat breast cancer and other cancers.

    Eribulin (Halaven®)
    This medication may be used to treat breast cancer and other cancers.

    Erlotinib (Tarceva®)
    This medication may be used to treat lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and other cancers.

    Erythropoietin (Procrit®)
    This medication, also known as EPO, is used to treat anemia.

    Estramustine (Emcyt®)
    This medication may be used to treat prostate cancer.

    Etoposide (VePesid®) by vein
    This medication may be used to treat ovarian cancer, small cell lung cancer, Hodgkin lymphoma, and other cancers.

    Everolimus (Afinitor®)
    This medication may be used to treat renal cell cancer and other cancers.

    Filgrastim (Neupogen®, G-CSF) / Pegfilgratim (Neulasta®, Peg G-CSF)
    This medication may be used to help fight off infection by increasing the number of white blood cells in the body.

    Fludarabine (Fludara®)
    This medication may be used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and other cancers.

    Fluorouracil (Adrucil®, 5-FU)
    This medication may be used to treat colon cancer, rectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer, head and neck cancers and other cancers.

    Fulvestrant (Faslodex®)
    This medication may be used to block the estrogen receptors in breast cancer and other cancers.

    Gemcitabine (Gemzar®)
    This medication may be used to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), sarcoma, breast, pancreatic, ovarian and other cancers.

    Glucarpidase (Voraxaze®)
    This medication may be used to help clear methotrexate from the body and prevent side effects.

    Goserelin Acetate (Zoladex®)
    This medication may be used to lower the level of some hormones to help stop the growth of cancer cells.

    Hydroxyurea (Droxia®)
    This medication may be used to reduce frequent pain events and need for blood transfusions in patients with sickle cell anemia.

    Hydroxyurea (Hydrea®)
    This medication may be used to treat chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and acute myelogenous leukemia (AML).

    Ibrutinib (Imbruvica®)
    This medication may be used to treat mantle cell lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and other cancers.

    Ifosfamide (Ifex®)
    This medication may be used to treat testicular cancer, sarcoma, and other cancers.

    Imatinib (Gleevec®)
    This medication may be used to treat chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), some acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), and other cancers.

    Immune globulin (Gamunex® or Gammagard®)
    This medication is used to boost the body’s natural immune system response. It is usually given to patients who have weak immune systems or immune-related diseases.

    Interferon (Roferon®, Intron®)
    This medication may be used to treat melanoma, renal cell cancer, and other cancers.

    Ipilimumab (Yervoy®)
    This medication may be used to treat melanoma.

    Irinotecan (Camptosar®)
    This medication may be used to treat colon cancer, rectal cancer, and other cancers.

    Ixabepilone (Ixempra®)
    This medication may be used to treat breast cancer.

    Lapatinib (Tykerb®)
    This medication may be used to treat breast cancer and other cancers.

    Lenalidomide (Revlimid®)
    This medication may be used to treat myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), multiple myeloma, and other cancers.

    Letrozole (Femara®)
    This is a hormonal medication used to treat breast cancer and other cancers.

    Leucovorin (folinic acid)
    This medication may be used to improve the effectiveness of 5-fluorouracil in treating colon cancer, breast cancer, and other cancers.

    Leucovorin rescue
    This medication may be used to decrease the side effects of methotrexate.

    Leuprolide (Lupron®)
    This medication may be used to lower the level of some hormones to help stop the growth of cancer cells.

    Lomustine (CeeNu®)
    This medication may be used to treat brain tumors, Hodgkin lymphoma and other cancers.

    Mechlorethamine (Mustargen®)
    This medication may be used to treat chronic lymphoid leukemia (CLL), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), Hodgkin lymphoma, mycosis fungoides, and other cancers.

    Megestrol (Megace®)
    This medication may be used to treat breast and endometrial cancer. It can also be used to help increase appetite.

    Melphalan (Alkeran®) IV
    This medication may be used to treat multiple myeloma, ovarian cancer and other cancers.

    Melphalan (Alkeran®) ORAL
    This medication may be used to treat multiple myeloma, ovarian cancer and other cancers.

    Mercaptopurine (Purinethol®, or 6-Mercaptopurine)
    This medication may be used to treat acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and other cancers.

    Mesna (Mesnex®)
    This medication may be used to help protect the bladder from being damaged by ifosfamide or cyclophosphamide.

    Methotrexate (Trexall®) by vein
    This medication may be used to treat acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), breast cancer, sarcoma, lung cancer, trophoblastic neoplasm, head and neck cancer, and other cancers; may also be used for treatment in other conditions (e.g., psoriasis, arthritis).

    Methotrexate (Trexall®) by mouth
    This medication may be used to treat acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), breast cancer, sarcoma, lung cancer, trophoblastic neoplasm, head and neck cancer, and other cancers; may also be used for treatment in other conditions (e.g., psoriasis, arthritis).

    Mitomycin (Mutamycin®)
    This medication may be used to treat stomach cancer, pancreatic cancer, and other cancers.

    Mitotane (Lysodren®)
    This medication may be used to lower the level of certain hormones to help stop the growth of cancer cells in adrenocortical cancer and other cancers.

    Mitoxantrone (Novantrone®)
    This medication may be used to treat acute myelogenous leukemia (AML), prostate cancer, and other cancers.

    N

    Nelarabine (Arranon®)
    This medication may be used to treat T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), T-cell lymphoma and other cancers.

    Nilotinib (Tasigna®)
    This medication may be used to treat chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and other cancers.

    Obinutuzumab (Gazyva®)
    This medication may be used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and other cancers.

    Octreotide (Sandostatin® or Sandostatin LAR®)
    This medication may be used to stop or prevent severe diarrhea and facial flushing that frequently happens with carcinoid tumors; also used to treat diarrhea caused by chemotherapy drugs.

    Ofatumumab (Arzerra®)

    Pertuzumab (PERJETA®)

    Prednisone

    Radium Ra 223 dichloride (Xofigo®)
    This medication may be used to treat and alleviate pain in the bone in prostate cancer.

    This medication may be used to prevent breast cancer and prevent osteoporosis.

    Ramucirumab (Cyramza®)
    This medication may be used to treat gastric cancer, gastroesophageal junction cancer, and other cancers.

    Regorafenib (Stivarga®)
    This medication may be used to treat metastatic colorectal cancer and other cancers.

    Rituximab (Rituxan®)
