Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, keynote speaker at the 2016 Dana-Farber Society Dinner, and Dana-Farber Chief of Staff Emeritus and Trustee Stephen Sallan, MD, a founding member of the Dana-Farber Society.
The 27th annual Dana-Farber Society Recognition Dinner was held Thursday, June 8 at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. The evening celebrated another year of progress in the fight to conquer cancer, made possible by the generosity of our Society members, and the remarkable accomplishments achieved at Dana-Farber. A panel of renowned Dana-Farber physician-scientists, moderated by President and CEO Laurie H. Glimcher, MD, highlighted how the collective support of the Society is fueling important research and discovery now, while also providing security and vision for the next wave of cancer advancements.
Our Dana-Farber Society Co-chairs, Institute Trustees Jim and Barbara Sadowsky, invite you to join this important group of donors in making a planned gift and be a part of the next DFS event.
