Increase Your Income
Are you looking to increase your income? Individuals have different goals when it comes to deciding on a gift arrangement. Some are looking for secure, fixed income, while others would prefer variable and potentially increasing income. Still others are more focused on a achieving a larger charitable deduction. There are also a number of assets one can use to fund a gift arrangement, such as cash, marketable securities, and in some instances, real estate. Contact your advisor to determine which arrangement is best for your unique circumstances.
