Clinical Research
The Center offers patients access to a wide range of clinical research trials. These include studies aimed at improving the outcomes of patients undergoing biological therapies using agents in trials such as Rituxan and bortezomib that attempt to kill Waldenström's macroglobulinemia tumor cells directly. The center also has clinical research trials evaluating supportive therapies like statins and phosphodiesterase inhibitors to help understand the mechanics of the disease.
