Fighting Cancer with Your Fork: Separating Fact from Fiction

Learn about the role of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle in cancer prevention and survivorship. We will discuss phytonutrients, whole grains, soy and healthful fats in addition to a question & answer period. Pre-registration is required. This workshop is held every other month.
