Pediatric Resource Program

Assistance Fund

The Pediatric Patient Assistance Fund, managed by the Pediatric Resource Program, provides direct support to families in need of children being treated in the Dana-Farber/Children's Hospital Cancer Care program. This support includes:

  • Grocery gifts cards,
  • Pharmacy gift cards,
  • Prepaid telephone cards,
  • Prepaid gas cards,
  • Gift certificates to the local hospital food court, and
  • Gift cards to help struggling families during the holidays.

This kind of support goes a long way in helping families who are enduring financial hardship as a result of their child's cancer diagnosis. In this stressful time, finances are the last thing they should have to worry about.

To learn more about the fund, please call Joe Chabot or Michele Stolper, resource specialists in the Pediatric Resource Program, at (617) 632-3365 (for Joe) or (617) 632-6842 (for Michele).
