Lance Armstrong Foundation Adult Survivorship Clinic

Established in 2005, the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) Adult Survivorship Clinic offers clinical care, support and education for adult patients in the years after their cancer treatment. With advances in treatment and earlier diagnosis, the growing number of cancer survivors has demonstrated a strong need for comprehensive survivorship care.

For many survivors and caregivers, the years after cancer treatment present a range of physical and psychological challenges. The LAF Clinic offers consultative clinical care and psychosocial support for patients of any diagnosis in the years after their cancer treatment. The Clinic provides cancer survivors the opportunity to meet with an LAF nurse practitioner with expertise in post-treatment and survivorship care to help manage these challenges. Patients have the opportunity to meet with a variety of sub-specialists as appropriate.

To make an appointment at the LAF clinic, please contact the clinic facilitator at (617) 632-5100 or LAFClinic@dfci.harvard.edu.

To inquire about conferences, educational programs, support groups or other administrative matters, please call (800) 883-6012 or Survivorship_Programs@dfci.harvard.edu.
