Lance Armstrong Foundation Adult Survivorship Program

For many survivors and caregivers, the years after cancer treatment can bring physical and psychological challenges. The Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) Adult Survivorship Program provides clinical care and services for adult-onset cancer survivors, including research that focuses on finding solutions to key problems that adult survivors may face after cancer treatment.

The LAF Adult Survivorship Program, which includes an adult survivorship clinic, offers care and support for all cancer survivors. Through the program, survivors can meet with nurse practitioners and oncologists who have expertise in post-treatment and survivorship care.

Our specialized services include nutrition and exercise counseling and a sexual health program. In addition, cardiologists, endocrinologists, gynecologists, and nephrologists are available for consultation, if needed.

To make an appointment or learn more about the LAF Adult Survivorship Program, please contact the clinic facilitator at (617) 632-4LAF (4523) or LAFClinic@dfci.harvard.edu.

To inquire about conferences, educational programs, or support groups, please call (800) 883-6012 or e-mail Survivorship_Programs@dfci.harvard.edu.
