Location and Hours
The Zakim Center is located on the 1st floor of Dana-Farber's Dana/Shields Warren building (SW-140). We are open as follows:
- Monday: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Closed on Dana-Farber holidays

Because we know that unforeseen medical situations and other interruptions can occur, we try to remain flexible. Your health and safety are very important to us. If you aren't well enough to receive treatment at the Zakim Center, we will gladly reschedule your appointment. To make changes to, or cancel, an appointment, please call 617-632-3322.

Costs and Insurance
The mission of the Zakim Center is to make integrative therapies available and affordable for all Dana-Farber patients. Some services can be billed to health insurers, and others are offered at a reduced rate. Additionally, all group classes are free of charge. For those services with a charge, we will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement. We can also discuss your financial concerns regarding health care coverage.
