The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute New Employee Experience is a complementary pairing of information and inspiration. Upon your hire, you'll attend an engaging first-day orientation that will inform, energize, and welcome you to the Institute.
A Human Resources employee will serve as your guide during orientation and also as a reference during your first months in your new job.
During your first day as an employee, at New Employee Orientation, you will learn about many required topics – from infection control to fire safety to privacy and information security – balanced with inspiring discussions of the history of Dana-Farber
and the many ways our employees stay engaged with the Institute and our mission.
We will prepare you to join your team with a sense of how your work fits into the bigger picture of the Institute.
