Aedin Culhane, PhD
Dr. Culhane develops methods to analyze and integrate bulk and single-cell multi ‘omics data to study the role of stromal and immune cells in the tumor microenvironment. Our methods and tools are distributed and maintained as open-source Bioconductor/R packages. I am a founding member of the Boston R/Bioconductor for genomics meetup and a member of the Bioconductor Technical Advisory Board and co-chair of the Bioconductor Community Advisory Board.
