Christopher R. Reilly, MD

Dr. Christopher Reilly is an adult hematologist/oncologist and translational-clinical investigator at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, specializing in the genetics, biology, and clinical management of hematologic malignancies. His work focuses on the role of inherited genetic variation in blood cancers, with particular emphasis on telomere biology disorders and germline predisposition syndromes.

He leads the Dana-Farber Multidisciplinary Telomere Biology Disorder Program (Tier 1 Center of Excellence) and the Germline Predisposition to Bone Marrow Failure and Leukemia Program, where he integrates clinical care with research to advance diagnosis, risk stratification, and treatment. His research aims to define the biological mechanisms linking germline variation to disease progression and to translate these insights into improved outcomes for patients.
