Louise Schneider, MD
Dr. Louise Schneider earned her medical degree from the Boston University School of Medicine and completed her residency in internal medicine at the Boston VA Medical Center. Over a 30-year career at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, she practiced primary care and held key leadership roles, including Medical Director of the Fish Center for Women’s Health and Associate Medical Director of the Brigham and Women’s Physicians Organization. In 2017, she broke new ground as the first physician to join the Cancer Diagnostic Service for the Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center. Dr. Schneider officially joined the Dana-Farber staff in 2026, where she continues her vital work within the Cancer Diagnostic Program.
