Disability Services for Pediatric Patients
Boston Children’s Hospital patients are eligible to use THE RIDE, an MBTA service that provides transportation for people with physical or mental disabilities that prevent them from using public transportation.
THE RIDE is operated in compliance with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act and is a shared-ride service, which means you will be traveling with other people. Lift-equipped vans are used to serve persons with disabilities, including those who
use wheelchairs and scooters.
