Patient Gateway

  • Patient Gateway is Dana-Farber's preferred way to communicate with adult patients. It lets you exchange non-urgent messages with your care team, view and update parts of your medical record, and more. Using the patient portal, you can:

    • Get your lab and X-ray results online
    • Request new appointments and prescription refills
    • Exchange non-urgent messages with your doctor
    • View visit summaries
    • Update your allergies, known health conditions, and current medications
    • Get reminders about upcoming appointments
    • View and pay bills online
    • Access portions of your medical record

    If you are an adult patient, enroll today to start taking advantage of all that Patient Gateway has to offer. The easiest way to enroll in Patient Gateway is to request an activation code when you check in at Dana-Farber. We can send you this code by text or email. Once you have the code, you can enter it online and be guided through the enrollment process.

    Find Your COVID-19 Vaccination Record

    If you were vaccinated at Dana-Farber or a Mass General Brigham site, or if your Dana-Farber doctor added your vaccine status to your medical record, you can use Patient Gateway to view your vaccination record. Use these steps:

    1. Log in to Patient Gateway and click on Menu.
    2. In the menu, select Immunizations, under My Record.
    3. You should see your COVID-19 vaccination records. You have the option to Print or Save your COVID-19 vaccination documentation from a desktop browser.
