Patient-Reported Data at Dana-Farber

Hearing the Patient Voice

Patient-reported data is a key component in Dana-Farber's efforts to improve quality of care and patient outcomes across the cancer care continuum. Patient-reported data is information reported directly by patients to their care teams. It enables care teams to focus on patient priorities, thereby improving outcomes such as quality of life, survival, and reducing visits to the emergency department.

As a patient, you can share this information with your care teams by filling out questionnaires through the secure online Patient Gateway on any internet-enabled device. You may be asked questions about symptoms, physical and mental well-being, medical history, and more. With this new information, your team may choose to adjust care recommendations to focus on your particular needs.
