A teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Public Health, Dana-Farber supports extensive participation by its professional staff in medical education, in clinical training, professional development, and in pre-doctoral and post-doctoral research training. We also offer training with affiliated programs throughout Massachusetts.

Joint Program in Nuclear Medicine

The Joint Program in Nuclear Medicine (JPNM) is a collaborative effort among a core of Harvard Medical School-affiliated teaching hospitals. Program members are dedicated to the advancement of nuclear medicine as a clinical specialty and the improvement in the quality of its practice and delivery to patients.

The JPNM's accredited clinical residency training program provides an opportunity for qualified physicians to gain the knowledge and experience needed to practice nuclear medicine at the highest level and to meet the eligibility requirements for board certification.

Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences

The Department of Radiologic Sciences at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences offers an innovative program that allows a student to earn a baccalaureate degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology in less than three years. Postdoctoral Training Program in AIDS Research

The training faculty for this two-year program is comprised of leading investigators from Dana-Farber and Harvard affiliates with expertise in virology, immunology, etc. U.S. citizens and permanent residents are eligible to apply. Potential candidates may forward their CV to Alison Angel at alison_angel@dfci.harvard.edu. Final candidate review and selection is conducted by the Director and a subcommittee of the training faculty.

Postdoctoral Training Program in Cancer Immunology

The training faculty for this two-year program is comprised of leading investigators in basic, translational and clinical immunology from Dana-Farber and Harvard affiliates.
