Weight management is the ability to keep your body weight at a healthy level. This is important for everyone but cancer survivors should be especially careful with their weight. It is common to gain weight during treatment for certain types of cancers. By managing their weight in the healthiest way possible survivors can both improve immune function and promote anti-cancer activity in the body.
