Glitz and Gritz
June 13, 2018
Our favorite rhinestone cowboys and cowgirls showed up at Loretta's Last Call to eat, drink, dance, and raise more than $24,000 for the Friends of Dana-Farber. Thanks to partners and sponsors, 101.7 The Bull, Alexandra Slote Interiors, Boston magazine, Suzanne Chapman, Rudd Design Co. & Qlik – and to everyone who supported the event so generously. Enjoy the photos by Todd Mazer, which prove everyone had a fabulously fun evening.
More than 200 guests enjoyed a one-night-only dining experience, courtesy of Host Chef Jeremy Sewall and his celebrity chef friends. The event, which raised more than $470,000 for the Friends, celebrated friendship, food, and philanthropy. Photos courtesy of Natasha Moustache Photography.

Six hundred dancers raised more than $27,000 for breast and ovarian cancer research at Dana-Farber at the eighth annual Dancing for a Cure fundraiser, held February 10 in Mashpee, MA. The fundraiser, which features a 5K dance marathon, was created by
Susan Mendoza Friedman of the Friends of Dana-Farber in honor of her friend who was diagnosed with stage III ovarian cancer at 51. Dancing for a Cure has raised more than $400,000 for women’s cancers research at Dana-Farber over the last 11 years.

Saks Fifth Avenue partnered with the Friends of Dana-Farber to present the annual nationwide "Key To The Cure" initiative to fight women's
