Donna Lee Ubertalli named a Top Hospital Marketer of the Year

Donna Lee Ubertalli, Vice President of Marketing at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, has been named a Top Hospital Marketer of the Year by DTX Perspectives Inc. The Top Hospital Marketers of the Year Awards recognize extraordinary hospital marketers driving innovation, spearheading great creative, and working toward better branding for their hospital, health system, or facility. Honorees were judged based on industry reputation, accomplishments, innovation, and notoriety among their peers, partners, and media.

Ubertalli is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of Dana-Farber’s marketing function, developing programs that drive short-term and long-term brand impact and clinical volume. She launched the national reputation campaign “What We Do Here Changes Lives Everywhere” to build awareness for the global impact of Dana-Farber research and completed system-wide implementation of a new brand logo. Her work includes expanding physician referral networks, reputation-building marketing programs, and strengthening collaborative partnerships. 

Ubertalli previously was the Vice President of Marketing and Digital Channels at City of Hope cancer research and treatment center in Los Angeles.

The 2021 Northeast class of Top Marketers will be honored at an induction ceremony at the 2021 Hospital Marketing National Conference on October 13 in Boston.
