Rachel Freedman, MD, MPH, is medical oncologist in the breast oncology program in the Susan F. Smith Center for Women's Cancers at Dana-Farber. In addition to caring for patients, she conducts clinical research to understand and address disparities in breast cancer treatment and outcomes for minority patients and those of advanced age. While Dr. Freedman has a special interest in the unique needs of older adults, all of the physicians and staff in the Breast Oncology Program provide expert care for patients of all ages.
Each clinical trial has a dedicated coordinator who is available to answer questions and help you navigate the process of participating in a clinical trial. Learn more about our ongoing trials for older adults with breast cancer.
