Dana-Farber/Boston Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Center provides comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and preventive services for children and adolescents with all forms of non-malignant blood disorders and diseases.
The Blood Disorders Center features programs specializing in the treatment of blood clots, bone marrow failure, hemophilia, myelodysplastic syndrome, platelet function disorder, rare anemias and iron disorders, sickle cell disease and thalassemia.

The Hematologic Malignancy Center at Dana-Farber/Boston Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Center is one of the top pediatric leukemia and lymphoma treatment centers in the world.
In addition to treating lymphomas and leukemias, our Center treats the primary types of histiocytosis, a condition that shares some of the characteristics of cancer and is often treated using some of the same therapies.
The Node Assessment Program (NAP) is also part of the Hematologic Malignancy Center, and provides a multidisciplinary approach to the care of children with persistent swelling of the lymph nodes (or glands), a condition known as lymphadenopathy.
The Solid Tumor Center at Dana-Farber/Boston Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Center treats children and teens with a variety of solid malignancies, including bone and soft tissue tumors, kidney tumors, liver tumors, neuroblastomas, retinoblastomas, and rare tumors.

The Stem Cell Transplant Center at Dana-Farber/Boston Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center is one of the oldest, largest, and most experienced pediatric transplant centers in the country.
Our expert transplant team is comprised of physicians who specialize in pediatric oncology, hematology, immunology and bone marrow transplantation, as well as nursing staff, social workers, dieticians, and physical therapists. The team works closely together to provide your child with the best chance of a successful transplant.
