Biography
Anna (Nina) C. Muriel, MD
Anna (Nina) Muriel, MD, MPH is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist specializing in the care of families impacted by cancer. She launched and manages Dana-Farber’s Parents With Cancer program. She has served as the Division Chief of Pediatric Psychosocial Oncology at Dana-Farber and previously worked in the Parenting At a Challenging Time Program at the Mass General Hospital Cancer Center. She is co-editor of "Pediatric Psychosocial Oncology: Textbook of Multidisciplinary Care" and co-author of "Raising as Emotionally Healthy Child When a Parent a Sick." Dr. Muriel is a graduate of Brown University and Tufts University School of Medicine, and is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
