On May 20, 2026, our community united in support of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund's annual Giving Day. Patients, families, faculty, staff, and supporters from 48 states came together, demonstrating their commitment to advancing cancer research and care at Dana-Farber. Through this collective effort, we raised over $1.1 million from more than 2,800 gifts. The impact of each contribution was magnified by a generous triple match from an anonymous Dana-Farber Trustee.
An impressive $871,000 in gifts provided crucial unrestricted funding, directed to where it is needed most, which enables Dana-Farber to continue leading the way in cancer research and care. These flexible funds empower our researchers to pursue lifesaving treatments and breakthroughs at a rapid pace, ensuring that we continue providing cutting-edge care to our patients.
