    Cancer Diagnostic Service

    The Cancer Diagnostic Service at Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center can expedite a diagnosis in patients that present with signs or symptoms of cancer and where the appropriate next steps are unclear. Our service provides an efficient path to reach a timely diagnosis and avoid unnecessary testing and delays in treatment.

    Treatment Centers and Clinical Services

    We care for adults and children with cancer in our specialized treatment centers, focused on specific cancer types. Our teams of specialists work closely together to offer patients the latest therapies and clinical services, including access to innovative clinical trials.

    Clinical Trials

    Clinical trials are scientific studies in which new treatments – drugs, diagnostic procedures, and other therapies – are tested in patients to determine if they are safe and effective. Search ongoing clinical trials for cancer at Dana-Farber and affiliated institutions, and learn what it means to participate in a clinical trial.

    Clinical Trials for Breast Cancer Patients

    Dana-Farber trials include for immunotherapy and targeted treatments for hormone receptor positive, HER2-positive, and triple-negative breast cancer. Many of our trials are changing the standard of care worldwide and are not available elsewhere.

    Hematologic Malignancies Resources

    We collaborate with our referring providers to ensure that our shared patients have access to care and needed services, in the most convenient location for them during treatment. Partnering with you, we help your patients receive their care closer to home — reducing the time and cost of care without sacrificing quality.

    Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapies

    Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center has a long history utilizing cellular therapies to treat blood cancers and blood disorders. Over more than 30 years, we have performed more than 9,200 hematopoietic stem cell transplants, the original form of cellular therapy. We continue to offer patients the latest treatments, including CAR T-cell therapy, other genetically-modified T cells, and cancer vaccines.

    Our biannual eNewsletter keeps clinicians the world over abreast of the latest advances from Dana-Farber in hematologic oncology research and care, current clinical trials, and upcoming CME programs.

    Physician Gateway

    Our physician portal helps you keep track of patients you have referred to Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center for care. Physician Gateway is available for primary care providers, referring providers, and your authorized office staff.
