Patient portals are secure online websites that allow you to access your health information and communicate with your care team. Dana-Farber’s primary portals are Patient Gateway (adult) and MyChildren’s (pediatric). Some adult patients may also use MyBILH Chart for care at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

  • Patient Gateway — provided in partnership with Mass General Brigham
  • MyChildren's — provided in partnership with Boston Children's Hospital
  • MyBILH Chart — used when your Dana-Farber care includes services at Beth Israel, such as surgery

For Adult Patients

As a Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center patient, you may receive care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Patient Gateway is your primary portal for this care — access your medical records, message your care team, view and pay bills, and more.

Some adult patients may also receive care at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. MyBILH Chart is used for care at Beth Israel — view appointments at Beth Israel, review visit instructions, and pay bills for care received at Beth Israel. If you’re unsure which portal to use, start with Patient Gateway.

Connect Your MyChart Accounts

If you use more than one patient portal, such as Patient Gateway, MyChildren's or any other hospital MyChart account, you can connect them to get a streamlined view of your care across hospitals.

  1. Start by logging in to any MyChart patient portal
  2. Go to the "Menu" (three horizontal lines in the upper left) and select "Link My Accounts" under "Sharing." You should see a list of local organizations to choose from, but you can also search for an organization by name, city, or state.
  3. Select any organizations you want to connect with, then select the “Link Accounts” button.
  4. You may need to answer certain security questions or complete identity verification steps to link to that organization. If you are unable to complete the verification steps, you will need to contact that organization for assistance.
