Suniti N. Nimbkar, MD, FACS
Dr. Suniti N. Nimbkar is a surgeon at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH), the medical director of the Breast Care Center at Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center at South Shore Health, and an instructor in surgery at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Nimbkar received her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and then completed a surgery residency at Boston University Medical Center (now Boston Medical Center). She is board certified in general surgery.
Dr. Nimbkar's clinical and research interests include benign breast disease, breast conservation surgery, mastectomy with immediate reconstruction, nipple-sparing mastectomy, pregnancy-associated breast cancer and sentinel lymph node biopsy.
